Very welcoming and helpful staff that even came to pick us up when our vehicle broke down. The room was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed having hot chocolate near the fireplace at the restaurant. The hotel is close to the market and looks very nice, both inside and outside. The parking was also good.

The place could be amazing. The garden is really nice and the rooms are promising to be modern and comfy. However, there are quite a few things that are not (yet hopefully) to the standards you would expect, both in terms of the facilities and of the service.

The weather was very cold when we stayed in Imouzzer, the host provided the heating for no extra cost, unlike many accommodations in the region.
The fire wood cheminey really gave a chalet and alpine ambiance.
