Communication with owners pretty much non existent as the internet was not working. There was no code for the building door a young boy let us in, code to the apartment door worked well. We could not go out for tea as one of us had to stay in to open the building door. No heating the unit in winter is very cold. Shower was nice and hot, there was tiles missing in the toilet exposing pipes. I assume they are still doing renovations as there were electrical wires exposed at many points on the ceiling through out the unit. Would not recommend staying here and we will not be back.

Right in the middle of Rabat and a 5 minute walk from the Medina walled part. We arrived on motorbikes and were instructed to park on the pavement outside, which was safe although right in the middle of a busy city. Hotel is on a one way system so don't miss it! Unfortunately, the room doors are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the corridor all night long. No dinner available a the hotel but it is easily walkable to a dozen restaurants in the Medina. Breakfast was very simple and more European than Moroccan.
