I visited in October and found all the beach facilities were...
I visited in October and found all the beach facilities were closed, though the sea was still warm enough to swim (at least for someone used to English beaches). A taxi to Ulcinj is at least €10 and the buses run only during high summer, so a car or bicycle would have been very useful.

Great little town right in the middle of Ulcinj and Ada...
Great little town right in the middle of Ulcinj and Ada Bojana. There's not a lot of to do, but this is the best place you can stay at if you're planning to have a peaceful stay close to the beach.

Hotel was new and comfy furnished, spacious room with balcony, good wifi and AC. If you are considering vacation near Ulcijn, close to Velika Plaza, hotel is offering very good quality of services for a fair price.
