Everything is clean and neat , personnel is kind and polite, the owner is friendly, approachable and nice. The pool water and pool area are clean and confortable. There is a little playground for kids,also. The rooms are cleaned everyday and suplies are refiled. Also, there are markets nearby. The food was fresh,tasty and there were plenty of choice.

The hotel was really nice, with very helpful and friendly employees. The pool was nice, big and clean. They have also sauna and fitness room but we didn't try it. Close to the Veliko Plaza beach. Overall was a nice experience.
