I stayed with my wife at GrandioR for 7 nights and it was perfect. We had a rental car, the location was 5 minutes to Sveti Stefan beach and around 15 minutes to Budva, 45 minutes to Kotor, which was great for us. The sea view from the room was so beautiful except for the building on the right-hand side that's still under construction but that was okay. The room was super clean and furnished in a modern way. The bathroom too. The daily cleanup was very nice and neat.

Absolutely perfect. What a beautiful apartment. Spacious, very clean, comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped - I could cook without any issues. So near to Przno beach and a short walk to Sveti Stefan beaches. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

The apartment has a floor-to-ceiling windows with an outstanding view of the sea. The view from a really big and comfortable terrace is even better. In terrace there is a table with chairs and also a lounger. The terrace is on the sunset side, what makes it perfect to watch sunset, and focus on reading or working without the sun in the morning. In the apartment there are 2 sofas, you can choose one and make a bed out of it. Some people in the reviews complained it is not comfortable, but for me it was super comfortable, and the view from the bed was a good addition. The shower has a very strong pressure and a really hot water. Super fast internet that works in both apartment and the terrace makes this place a perfect choice for remote working. The apartment is close to the beach, it's like 7 minutes on foot. The Przno village where it is located is my favourite village in the neighbourhood, I liked it much more than surrounding places. It has some cafes, restaurants with perfect view of the sea, a sand beach (hovewer, I'm not sure how much of it is public, but if you go in low season all of it was open). The apartment is equipped with some basic cooking stuff and what I found helpful - a sandwich maker. The supermarket is 5 minutes away. The apartment is located on a hill, so some exercise is needed to get to it, but for me it was even better, as the views were really rewarding. There is bus to Budva that costs 2.5 eur and goes every 30 minutes.

We booked 2 room. The location is good. You can walk to old city like 10-15 min. Also hotel has parking area. Rooms are quite big and very clean. All furnitures are new. Breakfast is good. Receptionist are very kind and helpful. We really like the hotel. Thanks for everything.
