We booked 2 room. The location is good. You can walk to old city like 10-15 min. Also hotel has parking area. Rooms are quite big and very clean. All furnitures are new. Breakfast is good. Receptionist are very kind and helpful. We really like the hotel. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is in a fantastic location close to the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and a ten minute walk from the Old Town which is beautiful so it's easy to go for days or nights out and get home again. There are lots of car and bicycle hire places close by so you can hire a bike which is great. It's nice to have a pool for a refreshing dip right next to your room. If you go for breakfast early, it's very peaceful and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are books downstairs if you need them for the beach. The staff always say hello and they seem like they are all happy to be there which creates a lovely, positive atmosphere within the hotel. We went to Kotor with an organised trip and the tour departed 5 mins away from our hotel which made it simple in the morning.

Great location, 250m from the beach. There is a Market on the other side of the street. On the same street, there are several fine restaurants. 20min walk to the Old Town. At this stage hotel is cooperating with local PUB which has great food and drinks.
Rooms are very modern and comfortable.
Personel is very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Bojana who told us everything about Montenegro, tips, advices. Thanks to her we know better about Montenegro. We stayed for 7 days, which is more than enough to explore Budva, Thanks to the location you can use it as a base to explore rest of the country. For sure we will come back to this place.
