The little Cafe near lobby was very useful, helpful when not in mood to go out.

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Whenever service such as towel change was requested, it was very expedient. The view from the room was very nice, DJs corner had good coffee, and the gift shop provided everything you would need during a trip.

Garapan is a good location.
Garapan is a good location. Micro beach was a few minutes walk. On Thursdays there's a night market from 5-9 with food and entertainment. I was there for 4 days and it was good enough. Easy day trip to Managaha Island, only 15 minutes away.

The thing that sticks out the most is the way everybody...
The thing that sticks out the most is the way everybody treated us, like we were family and there were smiles everywhere. I would advise renting a car. There are a lot of sites all over the island some of them a little challenging to get to but worth it.

Friendly local people, generally calm atmosphere, great ocean views. Especially liked Micro Beach, although the name is apt because it is not very large. Vast majority of tourists are Chinese and Korean, traveling with their families or on honeymoon. Sun was fierce. Cuisine on the island seems mostly geared toward foreign tourists. Had McDonalds and Subway. Seems to have lots of water activities on offer: banana boat riding, jetskis, parasailing... Rent a bike or car to travel around. Bus service seemed to exist but was not plentiful. Taxi service is not cheap. Just a quiet place to relax, in my opinion. An easy place for people already living in Asia to get to. Maybe not the best choice for people coming from farther away.s.kgrsUnited States

It is a guest house, which means it is not a hotel with dedicated staff. Access is by keyed lock (very convenient and easy to use), and check-in and check-out are simple processes. It is a cash-only property, which is fine - one just needs to know! The property manager is very responsive to questions and concerns, so the atmosphere is quite professional despite the simplistic setup. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. It was a veritable oasis!

It is much cheaper than staying in a hotel and you are close to the shopping area and beach. I stayed in room #6 which was a private double room with private bathroom. The room was large and clean.
