gorgeous view, clean room, nice hotel resort, apartment well equipped. Traffic around hotel really quite and supermarket around 2 minutes by car. I would recommend to rent the car in order to explore Martinique in convenient way.

Le Diamant is one of the most beautiful beaches from Martinique ( if not the most beautiful ). The waves are big and you constantly feel you are on an adventure when you have a swim. The view is just breathtaking, the rock of Le Diamant lies just in front of the beach while the palm trees and the little forest next to it makes you feel like you are in a dream. There are nice local places where you can eat nearby and also there are cool hotels that offer pool & facilities for the tourists.

Quiet, small village. Long beautiful beach, though the surf could be a bit rough for some people. Some tourist shops, plenty of restaurants, a medium-sized supermarket. Poyo Rico (chicken burgers), next to the church, is a must.

Good place to have few peaceful days at the beach and drive (preferably with rented car) around Martinique. It is furnished like a beach home... light colors, simple furniture, with sand resistant surfaces. It has two bedrooms but one of them would be tight for 2 adults. If you rent a car, you can get to most parts of the south side of the island in 30 to 40 minutes (e.g. snorkeling beaches) or just stay happily on Diamond Beach. Le Diamant and Anse d'Arlet are easy to reach. The house is spacious. We were obviously the first guests after a renovation of the building. Some things were still missing when we arrived, but the owner was very responsive and quickly brought everything that seemed necessary.

The apartments have wonderful views of the bay. There is a small supermarket about a mile away on the main road just before you turn off to Black Diamond. The bed was large and comfortable. The swimming pool was wonderful and it was a pleasure to go for a swim when we could.

Our hosts were very communicative and helpful and left us beverages to welcome us. It was clean and comfortable with a nice shower and outdoor kitchen. Quick access to a scenic drive along the coast.
