The moment we arrived, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel made us feel right at home. The property exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel welcomed and at ease as if you are staying in the comfort of your own country home. The decor and furnishings seamlessly blend rustic, traditional elements with modern amenities.
The entire staff, from the front desk to the gardeners, greeted us with genuine, warm smiles that gave us the feeling of being part of a family. During our stay, I had a minor incident where I hurt myself, but the care and attention the staff showed me was truly remarkable. They ensured I received the necessary medical attention and followed up with me regularly, making me feel valued and important to them.
I want to give special recognition to a few staff members who made our experience truly special. Yasir, a true professional and gentleman, was a pleasure to deal with. Marie, whom I see as a future successful facility manager, delivered exceptional customer service to us and all the guests around us in the most seamless and timely manner. Raj, the "Picasso of the house," Fugain, Elstila, and Dinash, with their amazing natural smiles that made us feel served with love, all contributed to creating an unforgettable stay.
I must also mention Miss. Juliana, the staff member who provided me with an extraordinary and professional welcoming massage, which is an experience I look forward to repeating on my next visit.

1- the junior suites are big and have a love ocean view even though it wasn’t the option I selected.
