As returning guests, it was great to see our initial experience repeated. The room was very comfy yet spacious. Great housekeeping services. Impeccable pools. Nicely maintained surroundings. The absolute best about Shanti are the wonderful people working there. To Akshay, Manootra, Darshini, Vandana, Adisa, Christopher (I hope I didn't misspell the names) and all the others I could not name here: Thank you for your kindness, great service and all those little moments that really make a difference. My son suggested moving in for good. We had a great time again and highly recommend Shanti.

The house was clean, facilities were excellent, especially the bathroom and toilets. The co-host Shenaaz, and the other lady who met us, were very pleasant and kind - even showed us how to get into the local shops and restaurants.

We had absolutely lovely 2 day stay here, the owner or daddy of owner is very nice and kindly guy. always smiling and helpful. When we arrived, he looked out for us in the street around the corner and went to meet us, because we were a little lost.

We won’t aware that the transport from combo to the hotel...
We won’t aware that the transport from combo to the hotel was at an extra cost. Rs150 rupees one way is a bit much. Someone could have rung us nearer the time and explain. If we knew we would of took our own transport and go up to the hotel. As once we arrived, a guy with a 4x4 stop us and asked if we are going to l’exil and to get in the 4x4. No one at anytime mentioned we should pay for this. I think we got a bit dupe there.
Following this, we did not order dinner before hand as we wanted to know what’s on the menu before doing so. However, there wasn’t enough choice for the dinner and no where it was communicated. We finally agree to have dinner as there’s nothing else around and we will have starve. Service was good, nice staff and nice food but the portion is small for big eaters and no option for asking for more and it’s better to communicated your allergies and food requirements before hand as else there’s nothing.
As for the attraction, we would like to have a véranda with the room. We felt trap between 4 walls when there’s a beautiful view outside our room that we could of enjoy.
