I have a mixed review of this hotel. When I booked the hotel I asked for a single room (am I 100% positive I clicked single room, no, but I've never made that mistake before) and I've been booking w/ Booking.com for many years so I'm not sure if I made the mistake or the booking.com system did.. The confirmation email did say triple room (after close inspection). I did message the management before hand to ask them what their dog policy was. Apparently their system was malfunctioning so I didn't get the message until I had stayed the night. I received the message the next day. There was a charge for dogs (100 mxn per dog). I talked to someone on the phone the next day to straighten this out, I was told there wasn't anything they could do since I had already stayed the night in the triple room. But I could move into a single room and they would not charge me for the dogs for the first night. In retrospect, this was fair since had I known there was a charge for dogs I would have chosen another hotel. I was also told for the second night there would be a 200 mxn charge for my two dogs. I agreed to this. The triple room was big, a lot bigger than what I needed and clean. Nice hot shower, good location (right off the highway) and there was a rest. next door which was reasonably priced and the food was great. First night I had the BBQ wings, second night I had a hamburger & fries (which was huge) and good value.
