This place is paradise! The highlight of our week in Mexico, we felt like we really stumbled on something special!
Amaca had everything you want in a Mexican beach holiday but without the crowds, beautiful location, quiet, authentic and friendly local people. The included breakfast was amazing and the beach restaurants had great seafood.
Also, if you are a surfer there are uncrowded waves just at your doorstep!

This place is simply paradise. Gorgeous nature, amazing food, very chic with full integration into nature. The design of the rooms makes you connected to nature 24/7, we even saw whales from our room. The food is delicious, the menu is very creative and very diverse catering for all tastes/needs. Most important the vibe is so special, the owner Maik and his team really make you feel at home. I have travelled the world and been to very special places, this one is next level. I had the most amazing experience there and cannot recommend it enough!

Great value for this hotel. We are family of 5 with 3 little kids. We got two rooms, AC in each bedroom, decent size living room. The suit was surprisingly clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed clean throughout our two week stay. The pool was great! Had lounge chairs and tables to sit and relax while watching kids swimming. The beach towels were provided. We changed them everyday. And it was no problem. Location is sweet. Oxxo store is attached to next to the hotel. Pharmacy is around the corner. A lot of local shops and cafe around. The bus stop is very close. And 10 pesos would take you to the centre in about 20 min. Bus runs quite often and it’s on quite busy route (you don’t feel isolated). The beach is about 500-600 m away. Beach is clean. Lots of boats there. But it wasn’t a concern for us. We went to nearby beaches (playa gemelas and playa tocan or something like that) again using the bus. Overall it was nice stay and great value for the money.

So close to the beach! And only minutes from the town. Amazing view and very cool at night. Very good value for money. I had to work a fair bit while we were there and the Wi-Fi was solid, enough even for a video call.

Great for an overnight as we headed from Puerta Vallarta to Barra de Navidad. We didnt want to drive in the dark after picking up family at the airport. El Tuito was about 3 hours from Barra de Navidad and check out wasn’t until noon so kids got to enjoy the pool and adults relaxed before going for breakfast at the Zocolo only a short distance away. Ate at Marios restaurant on the square and it was delicious!
