The room was amazingly spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom and the hot tub were pretty cool too. They also gave us some free cookies and coffee in the morning (even though breakfast is not really included, so it was a nice touch).

I stayed in Bernal for two nights - arriving at Sunday noon (when the village is heaving with tourists), departing Tuesday morning (after enjoying a very peaceful Monday in the village).
This hotel basically ticked all my boxes. The hotel is immaculately presented from the street and incredibly clean throughout. I arrived early, but it was no problem checking in and leaving my stuff in a secure area while I explored the village and grabbed some lunch. On my return, my luggage had been placed in the room.
For solo travellers, this room was described as 'small'. However, in fact, it was a similar size as rooms in my last three or four places of accommodation. It has a window that can be fully opened to let in fresh air, and can be securely locked.
Nearly all rooms in Bernal will have noise until weekend tourists leave by Sunday evening - this is because hotels are either located on the main drag that runs through town, or among the plazas and cobbled streets off the main road that are full of tourist-related activities. I am a light sleeper, and slept well both nights here.
The wifi connection was excellent. The property is good value for money. There is an OXXO convenience store next to the hotel, should you need anything.
