We enjoyed our fife nights in total - cleaning of the apartment - silence - tweeting of colorful birds as a morning concert…and the panoramic view to the mountains…The helpful staff added the nice vibes!

Town itself is underwhelming but scenery around is great.
Town itself is underwhelming but scenery around is great. Difficult to access but recommend visiting Tancama archeological site and ex convent Bucareli. We managed both roads with a sedan, but a car with tougher tires would be safer.

Solo traveler….. Clean hotel and friendly staff.
Solo traveler….. Clean hotel and friendly staff. I travel via motorcycle and always seek a secure hotel for parking my moto.
The room was clean, comfortable yet very small…more like a monk’s room…. No space to lay on the floor and stretch after a long ride. Just enough room for double bed and small foldable TV tray. Perfect for my needs except for small room…..
The hotel is charmingly old. We were lucky and we got the only room with a balcony to the swimming pool, which helped a lot with the illumination and ventilation of the bedroom. The other rooms had windows to the corridors, so people usually kept them closed for privacy. Very nice swimming pool area, great to spend the hot afternoons if you are not going to the waterfalls around the city.
Exceptional for Jalpan de Serra. Clean and fresh.
Rooms are tight and basic. . Ask for number 3 , the one on corner with two windows, it’s a Little noisy until traffic calms down at night , but light filled is a plus. Nice Rooftop seating and outdoor area help to make space functionally much larger.
Very gracious and helpful host. Decent restaurant next door.
Right across square/plaza and mission in Jalpan. Excellent location to explore Sierra Gorda Queretana. Much to see in area. Good for stopover on way to Xilitla. Basic comfort. Good friendly service. Good breakfast and dinner. Refreshing pool. Excellent for those 40 degree C days. Rooms set up around garden patio.
This is a lovely new hotel on the edge of town. Our room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable. The wifi signal was very strong. Nice shower and towels. Parking is right in front.
There is a good restaurant a short walk away.
Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and very well maintained hotel located in a very beautiful location.
Didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. Restaurant was closed so couldn’t try out the food. Staff were very polite and helpful.
I liked the room. It was (and the entire hotel) super clean. I liked the way the room was decorated...simple and stylish. The bed, pillows, and linen were very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to Centro and Mission Jalpan.
Very good hotel for a stopover or a short stay in Jalpan. It´s on the main street but quiet but a bit out of town, so you better have a car. Friendly staff and a great breakfast/juice place next door. Secure parking
The location was good, close to the mission.
The hotel looked great, a classic mexican style hotel with a courtyard.
The majority of the staff were very helpful in answering our requests.
The guy that checked us in met us at the hotel and then went out of his way to retrieve a hat that we left on the bus. This was very kind and above and beyond.
