Oswaldo speaks excellent English and is the most attentive host I have ever come across. The building is quite new, very clean. The suite is very large, the photos do not do it justice. No stairs. It's a good location on a quiet street, easy to park and walk from there.

spacious, beautifully maintained, private, excellent concierge- ‘Teresa’: no signage, no print, just perfect beach, steps to casitas, friendly, helpful, caring staff, great range of restaurants; dark night sky with sparkling stars, epic sunsets. High point was when we got a call from Teresa to say the turtle hatchlings were emerging- since it was full moon- and our grandchildren got to help them on their way into the Pacific Ocean.

We had a great stay. Lovely place with everything you need. The common kitchen is well stocked. The room was clean and gorgeous, very nice! Close to an amazing beach, quiet little town. Free bikes to use to ride around town. Would definitely recommend.
