I hope to return for a longer stay. The Regional Museum is great; I would like to have had time to visit others. Lots of great restaurants, street vendors of arts and crafts; but you need to carefully look for the locally-made items.

The city has beautiful historic center with many colonial buildings and churches. The streets are super clean and at night they are up with beautiful lamps. The city has a very important share of Mexico’s independence movement and has a lot history. The food was very good and I think I’ve had the best pozole in Queretaro. Downtime is quite nice. Several places to visit and lots of all types of restaurants to accommodate your travel budget. This city is becoming quite crowded and visited and you must be aware that traffic jams are starting to be experienced more and more. However, if you stick to downtown (Centro Historic) you will enjoy a nice couple of days and will be able to visit the diverse museums, temples and overall neighborhoods which the city has.Alejandro LizamaMexico
