Good location, clean room, very professional personnel. Especially the person making our check in and explaining everything to us. Never had this kind of detailed care.

Really liked this quaint hotel. It is in the heart of Mascota, short walk to plaza, museum & temple of the precious blood. Mexican breakfast was across the street and good. Loved the court yard. The bed was good. Staff spoke very little english, but were helpful. Definitely good value for your money. I would recommend it. .

The staff was very friendly and helped with directions to places we wanted to see. Staff referred us to a very good restaurant for breakfast that was easy to find. The beds were a bit firm but the rooms were super clean and just what we were looking for. Plenty of blankets, pillows and nice towels.
A true Pueblo Magico! Beautiful, unique and historic architecture that's been well preserved and cared for. As a place of pilgrimage, it's clearly welcoming to visitors, and that can be felt in the atmosphere and in interactions with locals. There are local crafts and specialties in the many shops and restaurants around the scenic town square. The air is sweetly scented with guava thanks to the local manufacture of rollos de guayaba, a delicious confection similar in texture to French pate de fruits. Definitely could have stayed in the area longer to explore more of the beautiful natural surroundings as well as soaking up more of this charming town.
