- Location is good only if you stay long and have time to roam around. You need Grab for everything such as groceries, restaurants, or attractions. I would suggest to go directly to Sepilok if you stay only for a few days.
- Host was helpful with every question we had via WhatsApp and also explained how everything would work through pictures.
- Facilities are well maintained and cleanliness is very good
