We had a 1 night stay here, arrived after 9pm from jungle train and was leaving next day to KL. We did not have high expectations, because of locality and we needed to be realistic, it did the job. Staff were friendly on check in, we couldn't get a twin non smoking room as ordered so had to pay a higher price for queen non smoking room. Bed was ok, pillows seen better days, no fridge, but there was points for charging. IMO is not good value but don't have many options here.
