There is no way to call the customer service as no one answers the call. So if there's any emergency, kindly dont expect to get help.
The concierge, Jahid was a great help, he assisted with everything from head to toe, and even arranged for welcome drinks, door gifts, and provided great hospitality during the trip. We asked directions as to how to get to Theme Park, and some areas in Sky Avenue and he showed us the directions.
The check-in receptionist, Joel was friendly and informative. He provided us with 2 key access cards (although we would like to have more) and side by side rooms were arranged, nearby the lift. Which is a great convenience.
Crockfords Level 3- Guest Service Centre - Catherin - Was a great help and assisted us with membership cards, though we feel that the counter is under-staffed.
** We wanted to cash in around 100k+ by way of instant transfer, however when we asked guest services or cashier counter, no one was able to assist us and they mentioned there was no way we could cash in so much cash, therefore we were not able to gamble much at the casinos.
Buggy Service was great and attentive. Good job to them driving the buggy from Crockfords to SkyAvenue, they did a great and efficient service.
Disgusting Experience @ Cafe.
The cafe in Crockfords, some staffs had really rude attitude and one of them mentioned, this is not my problem when they threw away the food while we specifically requested for TAKEAWAY. The staff even mentioned that it was not her responsibility and therefore don't ask her anything after she informed us that the food that we requested for takeaway was disposed. We haven't even eaten that plate of food. And the staff just disappeared thereafter, not even willing to rectify the situation. It was the most disappointing experience ever! Never visit their cafe, it doesn't hold up to the name, service, reputation and not even worth to go to.

We made the mistake of visiting at peak time between Xmas and New Year, meaning that we had to queue for everything, sometimes up to 1.5 hours for either the Gondola or the main attractions for the kids. Finding your way around the first day is challenging, especially in the Sky World Theme Park area. The Gondola ride is fun and some of the rides awesome if you can handle the queues. The Premium Outlet mall was actually disappointing and we did most of our shopping at Sky World where prices were only slightly higher but goods better quality. Food was generally bland and disappointing. The good places that we did enjoy were the Thai Restaurant (for spice) and O'Briens (for healthy food with good service). Five Guys burgers were popular with the kids. Avoid the western type restaurants on the top level. The atmosphere is great but the food ordinary.

It's a good place to visit.
It's a good place to visit. I would recommend going up the gondola/skyscraper early morning to best the queue and have breakfast up top. The bottom of Genting Islands does not have much choice in regards to breakfast/food in general.
The area is nice and cool in terms of temperature and cleanness. If you're into theme parks book an extra day to make full fun day

Genting Highlands now has many places and restaurants to explore apart from casinos. The entertainments and restaurants now cater to all ages which is great especially for families with kids or elderly. Overall a great place for a short trip.

The check-in was a headache.
The check-in was a headache. The system was not very user-friendly and there was only a staff around to assist the huge crowd. The room has no wardrobes and not enough table-tops to place our belongings.

It was the worst hotel ever.
It was the worst hotel ever. First they gave us a different room than the one we booked. It was very bad and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting the sink the walls even the water hose was covered with dirt. The windows had moss and fungus on them. Insects were everywhere on the bed even inside the tea kettle. The parking was far from our building we had to go through a maze to reach it. No chairs on the balcony to sit on. Sofas are horrible and not comfortable at all. We got allergy and rash because of the dirty towels and bed sheets. It was a nightmare.

If you come during the weekend to play outdoor, please plan your visit. Some of the games can use Virtual Queue such as samba gliders, Invasion of Planet Apes, and Terraform Tower Challenge.
For Acorn Adventure, even if using a VR queue, the waiting time is still almost 1 hour.
There are so many games that I didn't get to try, so please plan your time during your visit.
My personal favorite: Terraform Tower Challenge & Independence Day: Defiance

As a family of 4 ( 2 kids) we enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was on a higher floor which gave us a great view with a balcony..the weather was amazing little cold at night and early morning.. if visiting genting highlands again for sure we will rebook it.. shuttle bus was a big help to reach cable car and go to skyhigh land.. keep working for late hours 11 or 12 pm
Side note: cable car and shuttle bus function from 7 am but premium outlet and Cafe opens at 10 am but there 2 markets you can buy a quick sandwich from..
The area is secluded a bit so its peaceful but not too far from the genting main theme park (10mins by shuttle)
There's a shuttle bus running every hour for rm7 one way. The shuttle takes you to the skyavenue bus terminal
Taxi services also provided (rate in picture)
Ample of parking space (free) just need to validate at the lobby before going out.
The building looks really new.
Good area for jogging fresh air in the morning a bit hilly though.
Unplanned trip as we are on the way from temerloh back to KL. Decided to detour to Genting Highland and booked room online. The room price is within our budget hence decided to stayed 1 day at Genting. First time stayed at First World hotel. The check in process is easy through machine. Family was happy especially the kids as the indoor/outdoor theme park are open. Lots of restaurant are available for you to choose. Check out process is easy too.
The hotel is located next to the Premium Outlet
1. Shuttles are provided to and from the Premium Mall every hour - make sure to come early, the que can be long, as the shuttle is a 10-12 seater only (when we were there)
2. Room is big and spacious
3. Swimming pool is excellent with lots of activities for kids, it is also heated
4. clean
5. Kitchenette is great, oven is high quality
6. Excellent water pressure
After visiting the theme parks, we went straight to the property. It's located atop Genting Highlands, not far from the main attractions like the First World Hotel and Theme Parks. We still experienced the coldness and fog, which was very exciting for the children.
Cleanliness is superb, and the space is sufficient for our big family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful Onsen, a great place to relax after a long day. Room were spacious, tidy and clean. Check in and out was fast and easy.
Loved that they have free minibar so we didn't have to go out to get snacks.
Location of the hotel is very central and very easy to get around in Genting Highlands. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Genting.
Clean, spacious, comfy, great breakfast! Worth the price.I want to send my gratitude to Mr.Andy n Mr.Karim, they were being so helpful on my booking and everything went very smooth without any delay from their side. Most recommended hotel it is my second time for chosing this hotel and wll alwiz book this hotel when visit genting.
The room and all facilities provided are brand new items, the bed was spacious, the bathroom is cleaned, and the room is soundproof since I was traveling with a toddler, and the location as well just 10 minutes from the Genting Premium Outlet/Genting Skycab, all shops are just in walking distance from the hotel.
The 3BR apartment was spacious for the group of 6 adults. The TV & android box channels were many and the wifi was generally usable. Very near to Genting Theme Park either by self-drive or using the hotel shuttle service (chargeable at RM5/pax one way trip). The weather was refreshingly cool.
Weather and the mini restaurant was really great over there. View was really nice from my room too. Staff was easy to talk too and nice! Overall really great experience. Really recommend for family and couples who are looking for a place to stay in Genting Highlands!
Room with awesome view 👍

5km short drive to awana cable car to get to Genting Highlands 👍

Check in is very slow, 2 staff serve 1 customer. Coffee cup has lipstick stain , complain to staff but no one apologize.
New hotel even though very deep in but very comfortable. Linen, pillows are good quality.
1) Staff were friendly and helpful
2) Good location from main attractions in Genting Highlands
3) Rooms were spacious and clean, with good views of the highlands from the balcony
Overall the place is clean and what i like about the residences/hotel it has playground for toddlers. The sky deck and swimming pool is pretty and spacious.
