This was a lovely overnight stay on our route back from the Perhentian Islands. Nurul went above and beyond to pick us up from the ferry jetty the day before, and drop us to the bus terminal the day after, and was overall a very friendly and kind host. The room was well equipped, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.

We are extremely disappointed with the hotel host's communication and service. Despite paying for the reservation in advance, we were left waiting for over three hours without any updates. To add insult to injury, they suddenly denied our check-in without any reasonable explanation. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customers are unacceptable, ruining the entire experience. We strongly advise against booking with this hotel unless you enjoy wasting time and money on incompetence. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented accommodation.
