There was an additional charge purportedly for upgrade.
There was an additional charge purportedly for upgrade. I did not see any additional service or facility included. This additional charge should be notified to the customer before contracting for room. We have no option since the additional charge or upgrade so called is compulsory. Failing which, the initial payment will be forfeited. Let's be fair to the consumer.

Don't bother with the Ikan Bakar stalls/restaurant.
Don't bother with the Ikan Bakar stalls/restaurant. Not worth it. Better stick to the dining options at Avani Resort.
Be sure to buy the Red Dragon Fruits sold at the roadsides. Super juicy and sweet. Definitely worth it!
Avani Resort is a good place to just kick back and relax. All the dining options are there. No need to even get out of the resort. Just enjoy yr stay there. That's what I'll do when I visit Sepang again for their Red Dragon Fruit ! Yup, it's that good and worth the drive.

It was wonder and relax short getaway staycation for couples...
It was wonder and relax short getaway staycation for couples. The overall experience are fantastic and more than what we expected. The room are clean with spacious space in room and balcony, things are arranged nicely in the room with tips of usage. The balcony comes with chairs and table, with a cup of tea or coffee, it will be fantastic wide view for your chilling in the evening or the morning breakfast. Mouthful type of breakfast allow guest to taste different style of Malaysian and western type of food.
We arrived and check in at 2.30pm however, the check in wasn't that smooth as we waited for more than 45mins to get into our room.
But overall the experience are fantastic and awesome stay for us

For on night it is too far from airport
They advertise cost of taxi between 35 and 50 MR in fact on 19th October it costs 80
They should have a direct shuttle instead of their present nightmare via the other airport
The best place near aeroport.
We stayed for 1 night after long flight and get rest and recover.
This is the new hotel, so fresh and stylish.
The large swimming pool, delicious cocktails in the bar, softest bed - and we were ready for next flight to Langkawi.

it was a very comfortable impressive hotel. The location was excellent and we particularly liked the buggies that took us to the airport terminal.
The bed was incredibly comfortable and all the room amenities were just right.
We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was tasty and reasonably priced.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again.
It’s a bit pricey for a capsule hotel. But still a good place capsule hotel i would say. Decent, clean space and the room that i got was pretty spacious. But the locker is quite far that it’s a hassle to go back and forth to keep your item just for the sake of going to washroom.
But overall i’m totally satisfied. The staff were very nice.
I like the ambience,it nice to have one big hotel around the area so i didnt have to go far to bring kids if they want to swim.,liked the room and breakfast it was not bad at all.,the price also affordable .,most of all easy for u to find food restaurant, foodstall nearby also got speedmart .,
Breakfast was good. The location was 100% perfect as we went to the 2023 MotoGP. The hotel offered free shuttle service to the Sepang Circuit. Great service to guests attending the event. The staff was amazing. We had an awesome stay.
The hotel was within the transit area of Malaysia airport due to which we could pass 16 hours of our transit period comfortably without getting out of the transit area. The room was fairly small but we could manage.
The room are clean. The service is ok. And the most important, I can find so many delicious restaurant around the hotel. There is Cibiuk, traditional Malaysian resto and even McD.
I think overall everything about this hotel is quite worth the price. It is relatively close to the airport, with enough amenities below. Compact space, but not lacking anything.
It was good and the staffs were friendly... It was very good experience for us to choose hotel in outer... They maintained the hotel clean and pristine...
