Need to set a protocol to maintenance staffs that they need to knock first and ask permission before they can let to enter for any maintenance service. They simply DO NOT just use their master card to straight bulge into the room. There may be occupant inside. Thank you.

The native of Skudai is friendly & helpful.But the hotel, restaurant owner & staff are not good.They are maximum time try to cheat the tourist.I like AEON Shoping mall, Paradime shopping mall,Johor premium Outlet for shoping.If anyone like to budget shoping mall then he/she have to choose AEON shoping mall.If anyone like to buy some exclusive item then have to choose Johor premium Outlet.If anyone like to buy electronics & telecommunication goods then have to choose Paradime shoping mall.If anyone like to eat Indian & continental food with budget price then have choose AL FATTAH RESTORAN. If anyone like to buy candy & home appliance with cheap price then have to choose ECO SHOP.If anyone like to go for long drive with family or friend,I must say them to choose Skudai.But they have to avoid chinees people & to avoid the taxi have to buy a local sim for download grab application.It's just like Uber & much cheaper then taxi.

Staff were friendly, facilities were ok. There are sufficient eateries and activities to do for the family within the resort itself. If not, it is within 30-45mins drive to nearby malls. Loved the swimming pools and the indoor kids playground! Also, I think I was upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 3 room suite (thank you for that! :)).
