An old colonial style hotel, with old finishes but still in excellent condition. Set on the old train station. Felt like we went back in time. It was so lovely. Gorgeous gardens and stunning swimming pool. Bradley was fantastic and so helpful, always smiling and full of joy. Very welcoming.

A clean town which looks like it has no crime. We went to the police station for directions and found 2 officers there at 01h00. There were no people to report crime. The officers were even looking drowsy because they had nothing to do.

Swakopmund is so beautiful, couldn't take my eyes off the buildings. They were so mesmerizing. The streets are well organized and very safe neighborhoods.
My favorite place was the beach ⛱️. We ate at Spur, KFC and Shoprite. The food was delicious 😋
It's very easy to get around Swakopmund and the people there, were very nice.
The only thing I felt needed to be improved especially in the activities we did was tour guiding. I wish they could have explained more on each tour.

A little piece of Germany tucked onto the Namibian shore of the Atlantic Ocean. I felt comfortable walking around the town and down to the beach. It is a quiet place with no nightlife to write home about. People seem to be generally friendly. I wouldn't recommend it if you are party animal.

My room overlooked the Ocean, my reason for being is Swakopmund. The beaches and surrounding grass and promenade were spotlesly clean as was the town. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. Taxies were readily available but one had to negotiate the price as there was a great variance in price.

I have come to Swakopmund for many many years now, and it is always a beautiful Town to explore.
You can just relax at the sea side or do many of the offered activities,
The Food in many of the old Restaurants is very good.
It is a small homestay with three rooms right in the center of Swakopmund. 5 minutes and you are at the beach and the jetty. The rims are beautifully painted and decorated. I loved the old wooden floors and the lovely furniture. Everything is thoughtful and pretty. If you are looking for a unique place to stay, this is it! Riaan the owner goes out of the way to make you comfortable. He helped us settle in, told us lots about the area and even let us sample some of the local dishes. We felt instantly welcomed!
This is the nicest accommodation you can book in Swakopmund, the rooms are in a separate building, but in the same courtyard with the owners, a very nice family with two dogs and five cats. The inn is close to the centre and to the beach, in a very quiet and safe area. I stayed 9 night and worked remotely, the WiFi is great and the rooms look amazing. Loved the attention to details, like having a water boiler for the coffee and glasses for the wine. Highly recommended ❤️
This place is beautiful and at a great location which is close to sea view restaurants and shopping centers. The place has all the amenities that you may need and the team was extremely helpful and in touch before we arrived. They were also on standby when we needed them.
Suggested / recommended great activities to do too.
I highly recommend this place if you want a place that gives you luxury feel with a price that's affordable.
Everything was incredible. We arrived early, but were immediately met by a very nice young lady that checked us into our wonderful 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment has everything necessary for short or long term self catering. The large 2 bedroom unit has a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. The rooms and bed were spacious and comfortable. Within blocks of the main street and the jetty.
The rooms were well appointed and private for families. The hotel is good. Friendly staff who go all out to assist where they can. The security is good. The hotel is close to beaches, restaurants and all amenities. There is also a private bar in-house that opens at night.
Jolande helped us book all the activities which were all worth it.
A very homey environment with friendly staff making you feel welcome. The facilities are clean and very well maintained and the breakfast is really good. The guesthouse is located a stone throw away from the beach and all amenities and is within a very close walking distance from shopping centers and all the major swakopmund attractions.
This boutique hotel is new, has an excellent design. All the rooms have sea view, we were on the top, amazing view to the beach and surroundings. The room was huge, bright, very comfortable bed, great shower. Good check-in, excellent breakfast. A small nice pool. Just fantastic, beautiful!
Best location in town, you can walk to the Jetty, town and beach easily and everything that is making Swakopmund so special is very close. We stayed at numerous places over the years in Swakopmund and this one was the best! Comfortable and cosy!
This is the perfect location to visit Swakopmund. The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The hosts are very friendly and were helpful in making suggestions for restaurants and other locations of interest
the second time we stayed at the beach lodge and it is still very good
nice room, very good breakfast, perfect staff and more over we had sunny weather in Swakopmund which is quite seldom so all was perfect
We had a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the room was very comfortable. We had two wonderful dinners at The Wreck, as well as nice breakfasts. Easy drive to downtown Swakopmund.
Within walking distance to Swakopmund ‘town’ or the Mole - along the footpath on the beach.
Nice big room with HOT water which was a treat.
Parking on prem was added bonus.
