It was close to the airport which was ideal for our airport transfer requirements. The family room was quite big and suited to our needs. Free inclusive airport pick up and drop off. The staff were polite and lovely. They even offered us complimentary wine for staying with them Breakfast was sufficient.

I was here last week Friday. I was told that they didn’t have any rooms. Checked on booking.com and they had rooms. I booked and some of the staff just smirked. Apparently, if you are not well connected or given the staff money, you get put to the side. Showed the staff my booking and she just waved me away. I travel a lot and love reviewing hotels but this was a very sickening experience from some of the staff. I ended up staying at The Colossus, amazing staff there. I promised the staff at safron that I’ll put up my terrible experience with the reception.
