Beautiful city with the palace "het Loo", and lively center with many places to go to and divergent shopping facilities and many different restaurants and good food. I ate at a great Indian restaurant. The prices for food and drinks and even in the shops are lower than in the West of the Netherlands. Nice people and city, easy to go around and safe.

The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting family who had moved to the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the breakfast were too expensive for what was on offer, and we were charged everyday when we only had 2 days. When we querried it they refunded us, but only for 1 of us, so I need to chase them up on this at home. We were charged for the small plastic bottles of water in our room everyday which we thought were complimentary (no signage to say otherwise). No kettle, tea bags or milk in our room. Staff were extremely slow to bring us a kettle and extra pillows to our room, we asked 3 times over 36 hours!!! The rooms are spacious with a modern bath in the middle of the room and a big walk in shower. The toilet is separated. Very helpful staff when checking in! The food in the restaurant and the breakfast are excellent value for money. We have stayed in many Hotels all over the world but this Hotel I can recommend to everybody! The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, extremely clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel rents out bikes and we spent several hours exploring the nearby Forrest through which there are numerous tracks. Great place to stay.
