The staff are excellent and help me out of a medical issue by allowing us to sign in early. The restaurant staff also help us out by allowing us to join their already booked restaurant for supper. We are glad we picked this hotel to stay the night. The bike room was also a nice touch, it provided a safe location to park your bikes for the night.

The staff organised a taxi and booked us into a hotel/ restaurant as they could not accommodate us, at Fletcher hotel for a evening meal, we booked a deluxe room which said it had aircom, but the room we had was not aircon only a fan not what we requested disappointed.

Fletcher has staff shortages and this is noticeable in the level of service and upkeep. Staff are friendly, but the hotel does not work with them and they have to be everywhere at once.
