Totally understaffed which put the staff in bad tempers all night. Evening meal was a mix up with food arriving we never ordered. Things we had asked for never arrived. Almost went in kitchen to get served. Waitress and bar girl same person serving 20 plus people. Ridiculous spoilt the night.
The irony of the sign in reception!

Not a huge place, but I had the advantage of living there for 3 years in the 70's. Our visit was to visit Dutch friends and reaquaint ourselves with the place. I also have an RAF relative, sadly killed during the war and buried in the local Churchyard.
Quiet a busy town with a good Market, Marina and watersports. The shops good with a large Outlet Village too. Many restaurants and places to eat.

I knew Roermond very well having lived down the road for 9 years. Roermond is an excellent place to visit both from a shopping perspective, the Designer Outlet is very popular and parking (very large) is €4 for 24 hours. The old town is lovely with varied and good restaurants/cafes. Plenty of activities if you like, walking, cycling and water sports. the road network is excellent with Maastrich/Eindhoven/Dusseldorf nearby.

It’s a quaint city with just enough sites to see.
It’s a quaint city with just enough sites to see. Most people come to visit the Designer Outlet Mall, but there’s more to the city. There are beautiful churches, a nice quay with cafe’s and restaurants. You can also visit nearby German cities and walking routes.

There is a restaurant in the building of this hotel, and I understood that the accomodation facility was introduced recently. The staff, the owner, the courtesy were all excellent. We had our breakfasts with family in the elegant restaurant, and the breakfasts were prepared freshly just for us. We stayed there with family and after a satisfactory weekend, we changed our minds and extended our stay. This property definitely deserves more than I paid. The location is excellent for those who loves shopping; it is in walking distance to the largest shopping outlet of Europe. I would never forget the hospitality we faced; and for sure the chocolates!!
The „Roermond Experience“ takes place in a quaint old (100+ yrs?) narrow town house in genuine Dutch style. Located between the station and city center it is within walking distance of… everything. The house seems lovingly maintained. Steep wooden stairs lead to the high-ceilinged rooms that offer comfy beds, sink, toilet, shower and even a washer dryer. The large mid-level balcony offers a view of the backyard sea of roofs. Very friendly family business. Would book again in a heartbeat.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean!
There is also coffee machine which you can use all day
free of charge such as flat white, cappuccino, macchiato
or brew some tea! The breakfast was fresh and homemade.
The staff also very friendly and attentive.
Walking distance to the Roermond outlet as well as
city centre.
Wifi is fast and AC works properly.
Check in was smooth even though I arrived at 7 pm
Super Location, just outside the Outlet mall & also extremely near to the town center with lots of restaurants, pubs & shopping places, The Hotel has a nice Chocolate shop in the front, they even offered us free chocolate on checkin, Hotel has a beautiful Terrace with sitting outside. Roermond itself is a very cute little town, we loved our stay there.
Great Pet friendly hotel the Junior Suites are a perfect retreat to stay with our furry friend. Totally spaces with small kitchenette.
The breatfast is great and as we had an early start during our stay the team prepared a fabulos packed-breakfaset to take with us.
Super nice breakfast with freshly baked bread, fresh yoghurt, eggs and well presented. The host is super friendly. 5 min from Roermond Outlet.
I had forgotten a dress in the room and the host kindly send the dress by post the same day.
Very stylish and nice hotel. Good location only 5-10 minutes to the main shopping street and 15 minutes to the Outlet. Breakfast was good, although it was very chilly in the breakfast room. Staff was friendly. We will stay here again.
Breakfast was excellent, and more than enough. Other than breakfast, we are of the opinion that the location was perfect. We spent only 1 night there for visiting the outlet. And the outlet is just 3 minutes by foot.
closeness to the outlet, easy to find, warm and cosy, feels like home, staff there just to assist you with what you need. the restaurant is amazing at dinner and the breakfast doesn’t fall short from wonderful.
super hotel within a great location for exploring Roermond . great breakfast and restaurant with top happy service.
lovely staff who were very friendly and welcoming.
Comfy, spacious and modern room in a fresh / contemporary hotel. Great location next to the station with rooms still very quiet. Nice buffet breakfast too
