The location couldn't have been better 5 min walk to RR station and water front. The room was small but acceptable. The staff was there to help if necessary. There was a coffee shop attached which gave a discount to guests. There was also a very ample lobby with a TV but difficult to operate.

The breakfast was 5 star, the mini room with a square metre shower was awful. Air conditioning was good, housekeeping couldn't understand that I wanted the plain sheet UNDER the duvet. Internet was really dreadful, having to go down to reception to see what the new problem was. Andreas, Alexandra and Dennis were wonderful at reception. The General Manager Camilla listened to my issues and did offer me a different room for my last night but I declined. Too much bother to move.
