A lovely, homely, yet professional hotel to come back to after a trek. I've been here a number of times and everything about Karuna Hotel is consistently good. I love the little touches such as the coffee shampoo bar, drinking water on tap on every floor (no plastic bottles needed), and great breakfasts. Kelly and her team are very welcoming.

Sarangkot at sunrise was the highlight. The food was great.
Sarangkot at sunrise was the highlight. The food was great. It was disappointing to see so much trash around the lakeside. I am surprised YouTubers did not mention that point. We were glad we went there. We flew on Buddha Air from Kathmandu. On the day of our return back to Kathmandu, it was foggy and the flights were cancelled. We had stayed at Hotel Middle Path. I called them and they immediately sent the driver back to drive us to Kathmandu. Never have we had that type of service in all our travels.

My three-day adventure in Pokhara, Nepal, in December was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayas left me in awe, creating a picturesque backdrop for my unforgettable journey. Engaging in thrilling activities such as paragliding, river rafting and zip-lining added an adrenaline rush to the experience, although the latter came at a hefty price. The zip line, while an exhilarating adventure, proved to be a splurge that might give budget-conscious travelers pause.
Beyond the adventures, Pokhara's culinary delights and vibrant nightlife truly enhanced my stay. The local cuisine was a delightful exploration of flavors, and the variety of dining options catered to diverse tastes. As night fell, the city came alive with a lively atmosphere, offering a diverse range of entertainment and socializing opportunities. Overall, my time in Pokhara was a perfect blend of natural beauty, thrilling activities, delectable cuisine, and vibrant nightlife, making it a destination I would eagerly recommend to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and multifaceted experience.
Located on the trail to the World Peace Pagoda, the hotel was ideally placed to visit this. Outside of Pokharra you are away from the hustle and bustle of lakeside but a short taxi ride away if you wanted to visit. We chose to use the trails into Pokharra to visit the local sights (40 minute walk to Devi Falls and 30 minutes to the boat station at the lake.) We again chose local Nepali dishes rather than the western options on the menu and these were cooked to order and were excellent in terms of taste and value
Portland has our heart for being situated in one of the most prime locations in Pokhara by the lakeside. Shopping streets and restaurants that serve the best local cuisine is just a walk away from Portland. Owner Keshab, Manager Ravi, kitchen and house keeping staff were extremely prompt in addressing to our queries. The breakfast spread at the hotel could have been better. Tip while booking is to request for the lake view room at the 5th floor which also gives you the view to the Annapurna mountain range.
Extremely pleasant stay in Pokhara!
Very welcoming staff that will take care of you and help you with all our needs.
Hotel in an excellent location, close to the lakeside and to many shops / restaurants, but set back just enough to be really quiet and calm.
Very big room with beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and a big balcony from where you can enjoy these views. The room was clean with hot shower and access to very good food and a very good breakfast.
We will be back again soon!
Could not recommend this hotel enough. The room was clean, spacious, and great facilities. A wonderful balcony as well with an incredible view. The staff were amazing and helped situate taxis and buses. Really made our stay! The location itself was great, in the quieter part of lakeside away from the hustle which was great. At the same time was only a minutes walk away from great cafes and shops. Will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Pokhara and would recommend to anyone!
This was my 6th visit to Pokhara. After Covid a lot has changed. And those places where I stayed previously closed down. But this Harmony Hotel was more than expected. The family run small property was very well maintained and clean. In Nepal electricity cut-down was normal everyday, but the solar panel on the roof was a good solution for such problems. And those solar panels were helpful for hot shower, and wifi connection. I will stay at this place if I visit Pokhara again.
Hotel lake shore is an awesome accommodation in pokhara with the ideal Lakeside ubicaction.
The comfort you get for the price is amazing.
Clean and big rooms with comfortable beds.
Thanks to the operation manager Sanjog we got an upgrade. He treated us with a service mentality and respect and never tried to sell us anything. However he is always there supporting if you need a guide or transport. Everyone else in the hostel is great as well. I have nothing to complain about.
The lady at reception was amazing, could not do enough to help in true Nepalese style. Just a fantastic person. The location is perfect for exploring Lakeside plus a 15 minute walk to the tourist bus station so super handy. It is opposite a lovely park and from here you can nearly walk all along the lake front to the other end of the city. Would recommend an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was a great perk especially for drying clothes when caught in the rain!
The room had a good balcony facing lakeside area . The terrace also gives the good view of pokhara city and green forest in northern side of property . The stairs next to the property takes you to methlang village from where you can take a clean breathe of fresh air in the morning. And there is small tea shop where you can talk to the villagers. I fully recommend you to stay in Nishan apartments . Nishan's family is so friendly and they help with everything .
Hotel Lakeshore has the cleanest and most comfortable bed I've slept in on my entire trip in Nepal. Location is great walkable to all lakeside shops and restaurants. The entire staff was wonderful but I have to mention Sanjog Adhikari the operations manager. The guy does it all airport transfers, hiking info and permits, arranging taxis, to room service with a smile and contagious upbeat attitude. He was definitely a highlight on my trip. Thank you!
This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Pokhara. I stayed here in May and found the rooms clean, comfortable and with good Wifi and nice hot showers. The location is excellent for visiting the lakeside area and is just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. The new management here is also very helpful and friendly and, best of all, the price per night is not high so you get a great value experience. Highly recommended.
Sweet dreams hotel is the place to stay in Pokhara if you want clean, comfortable rooms for a good price and with an amazing view over Phewa Lake! The location is really nice, close to the main street in Lakeside with many restaurants and bars, 2 minutes away from the Movie Garden. The staff is super nice and welcoming, and will help you with everything (booking bus tickets, treks...). They also provide very tasty food.
It was one of the most comfortable and pleasant stays during our Nepal visit. Thanks to Ms. Sanju and all her staff we really had a great rest. Location is the best in all Pokhara if you want to see Annapurna range, enjoy early sunrise. With cable car its just 15minutes to down city from the hotel and they provide charge free delivery to cable car station. If you want to serve you best, definately choose this hotel.
Great location, right by all the cafes and restaraunts on the Lakeside. Owners are very friendly and helpful! Views from the room are amazing and nice balcony area to chill at. I came here after my two week trek and had the best week relaxing here! I kept extending because it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave! If you're in pokhara you should stay here!!
This was the best hotel I’ve been to in Nepal. It is 10 times better then the Hyatt in Kathmandu which is externally expensive. The property is clean and trendy. Everything is new. The beds are comfy and there is hot water. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Nice new family-run hotel, situated behind beautiful, carefully bred garden. Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideally situated outside noisy main streets of Pokhara, but close enough the city center and lakeside.
Just perfect! Clean and comfortable hotel ran by a lovely local family. I recommend staying here to everyone! The location is great, in the Pokhara Lakeside, and the views from the rooftop are the best.
First of all you can't get this type of room in cheap rate! in lakeside and I will suggest this hotel and we can reach at lakeside in 2min Only! Staff was So friendly❤️! And facilities all are Damn❤️
Is my second time in blossom and for me is the best hotel in Nepal not only for the place but the staff, everything you can possibly need they can arrange and the food is amazing also
Clean and spacious room, located in a nice quiet area of Pokhara, close to lakeside amenities. Hotel is very friendly and flexible, and helped us store luggage whilst trekking.
