This could be great if a little more thought had gone into its maintenance, furnishings and appliances; because the property is large, newish and well positioned. Sadly the bed was uncomfortable (you just rolled into its centre), the furniture was a miss match that looked like a secondhand furniture store had been raided and the shower was incredibly small. Plus one or two fixings were on their last legs so you were scared to touch them in case they broke. To top it all the washing machine was very old fashioned and there was no tumble dryer to dry your washing!! It felt very cold and unloved when you entered after fighting to open the key safe.

Very modern and ideal for a family room. Easy access to the Albie pub to have our tea. Great not to have to worry about parking one already assigned for us. Comfortable bedding and lounge suite.

The location was perfect with a 4 square right there, a friendly pub with good beer and outside tables, and a to die for cafe all within 2 minutes walking distance.

We loved everything at this property, we were so comfortable it felt like home, they provided very good kiwi styled hospitality, snacks, milk, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil, even baking paper!
The location was amazing, you can get to four square, cafe, restaurant within two minutes by feet, and get to the river within five minutes walking distance. Will definitely be coming back if we’re in Albert Town again!
