The location is in central Christchurch and fitted the need to go to the conference centre at Te Pae conference centre. The food at breakfast was exceptional. The room met my needs. The bed was a double and made every morning and has a large TV which you can chromecast to. The staff were very helpful and arranged for me to have extra hot chocolate pouches.

Location is perfect and within walking distance to bars and restaurants and the local sightseeing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely, we had a great view of the "improving" cathedral but no outside noise at all. We requested rooms close to each other and were given opposite which was perfect. Would 100% recommend and stay here again.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were surprised with a free room-upgrade upon arrival. Bed was very comfortable, and it was nice having a lounge area to sit at our TV. Great bathroom, but a little annoying that the door has to be locked in order for it to shut.
