We didn’t have the breakfast or the dinner as the restaurant was closed as it was Easter Sunday night.

A very nice and cosy place to stay five minutes from any restaurants also very quiet.
We couldn’t fault it .
A surprise for us as we didn't research the area before...
A surprise for us as we didn't research the area before booking to stay there, so discovered it was a gold mining centre and still has the oldest continously run post office which is very cute - a must see if you stay there. Nice restaurant there and lots of architectural history on show!
We liked the character, location, friendly welcome, comfortable bed, good shower/ensuite, and that there was a shelter for our bikes. The room is small but comfortable.
Ophir is interesting and the Vestry is near Pitches Store - fantastic, you need to book, they do breakfast at 10 am as well,
Ophir was a wonderful quiet and very interesting place to stay. Hosts warm and welcoming. Really appreciated the way there was a simple set up for charging e-bikes as we were doing rail trail.
