Where it was situated, friendly staff, has a shuttle service as my mates and I were heading to a 40th in Ngatea. The room we stayed in was so cosy, warm as, comfy bed. We would definitely stay again and for a much longer time as we only stayed a night. I highly recommend if your needing a place to stay in Paeroa.

Great house, comfy bed, genial hosts, fabulous breakfast, absolutely 10/10. David and I played a frame of snooker ( he's pretty good - watch out ) and he drove me to the ANZAC service in Paeroa the following morning.
Anja is a great host, keeping a meticulous house, and serving an excellent breakfast, with great coffee.
Lovely views from the balcony top off a great visit.

It was so soothing being out in the bush and away from the small surrounding towns. It was refreshing coming from the city and away from the hustle and bustle. Had everything you need with a great shower and all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Not too far from the nearest towns!

Right across the road from one of my favourite places. Very friendly owners. Loved the 2 spa pools, the communal area and especially that they got the brassiere going for us. Was a great place to stay!

Beautiful spot, out of the main town and tucked away so lovely and quiet! The hobbit cabin was gorgeous and very cosy. The host was so friendly and checked in if we needed anything else. Bathroom and shower were outside but very well kept. With a clear night there is an amazing view of the stars as well. Highly recommend staying here!

The area has everything you need from a small town places to eat, supermarket, somewhere to have a drink and unwind. We went there to play golf and weren't disappointed with 5 golf courses in close proximity it made perfect sense to visit Paeroa. Well worth the visit.

Perfect for our needs, which was cheap family accommodation for one night. Double bed was very, very soft. Bunk beds were very, very hard. Single bed was perfect..... It was a bit like Goldilocks and the three bears lol.
Rooms were nice and clean. There were a few ants but nothing major and the kind of thing that just happens, there was fly spray provided.

We went for the rail trail, and the Paeroa to Te Aroha section was not what we were expecting. At best it was as we thought, but for large sections it can only be described as a quarry, and not suited to hybrid bikes at all. I think this is known by local traders and they are trying hard to get something done about it. Te Aroha to Matamata - perfect, apart from my flat tire and then my pump broke! Still better than the first section though, and will be going back again - but with a better pump.

If you are talking about the motel I think I have answered the question above.
As for Paeroa, the main street/ footpaths were clean with no rubbish that we could see. The streets leading of the main street let the town down a bit -( untidy, rubbish and grify maybe you could replace this with good street art which would bring more people into town)
Make the town a North Island street art capital - like Christchurch.

Paeroa is an interesting town the people were very friendly. The courtyard cafe is a must for those visiting Paeroa.Great food, super coffee and friendly helpful staff. The recycle near the refuse centre worth a visit. Plenty of antiques and collectables. The Pedlar motel excellent and very convenient to town.
I always love staying at Pedlars. Have been coming here for a few years now and can hand on heart say that it is the best value for money I've come across.
Every thing about the place is exceptional.
- Free Cable TV in the rooms
- Great wifi
- Modern room, kitchen and bathroom
- Huge super comfy bed
- Always looks like the room is brand new
- Restaurant directly in front of the motel , and all kinds of eats within walking distance
- Easy car parking
As always, can't wait for my next stay here.
Travelled for a sporting event and were making our way to Auckland. Stumbled across this perfect town and beautiful little motel.
Quiet, clean, and staff waited up for our arrival as worried about us on the road.
Cannot wait to travel to NZ North Island again and stay in Paeroa once again.
This is a traditional bed and breakfast, where guests are accommodated in rooms and the host prepares a common breakfast. Hostess Brenda is very chatty and hospitable and loves sharing her life stories. The location is handy for cyclists enjoying the Hauraki Rail Trail.
Brenda is such a marvelous host and being at her home is just so wonderful. Her attentiveness along with ease of getting to know her guests makes staying at Paeroa House B&B all the worth while. I will definitely be back again!
Great central location in Paeroa, very comfortable unit with everything you need. We stayed here while the highland games were on, and it was super handy to the domain. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Awesome customer service. The family room we booked was beyond our expectation. Had the facilities we wanted, clean, comfortable beds and warm too. First time staying in Paeroa and we enjoyed it. Thank you.
This is a lovely place to stay that is close to the Paeroa township and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. We like the quaint decor and the staff are excellent. Highly recommended!
We didn’t have breakfast.
The location was excellent in relation to the town shopping area.
The motel is modern, clean, comfortable and good value.
Will return next time we visit Paeroa.
Motel was great! Very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Extra blankets and pillows available within the room as well. Nice place and perfect for what we needed.
