I have never been to Rangiora - although I am a Kiwi and have been to Christchurch many times. Rangiora seemed a vibrant little town with some great little boutique shops - very impressed and very clean. Only wished we had one more day to explore.

Fall in love with the beautiful town and its friendly people we went home and sold up and we now live here. Great eateries, shops, parks not far to Christchurch or the airport. Markets, gigs, beach, Ashley river and more.

The unit was very clean and tidy. Numerous heaters so we were really warm and toasty. The shower had great pressure and the provided a hair dryer that worked really well, not like usual hotel ones that are very weak. The couches were the highlight, they were so comfy and all reclined. Full kitchen facilities made it really easy, and the beds were really comfy, all with electric blankets fitted. Would 100% stay again and recommend.

We were looking for a rural setting close to Rangiora so this was perfect. All communication was easy & efficient. (Thanks for the slightly earlier check in.) Brendon had the fire going for us which made the place very cosy, in a spacious building. Everything was 100% Fresh eggs were supplied for breakfast along with muffins. Such a character setting. WE WILL BE BACK :)

Location was perfect being just a short drive from both Kaiapoi and Rangiora and easy 30 mins to Christchurch on the motorway. Loved coming back from a day out to a warming fire and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Beautiful comfy sofa and the kitchen has everything you need. Lois is the perfect host and would definitely stay again

I loved the location. It was very quiet, and I enjoyed the odd sound of the horses neighing and the birds singing in the morning. It is very handy to Rangiora and Christchurch city is not very far away. But why would you go into the city when you had this place to stay and enjoy.

Super friendly owners. Very welcoming. Excellent location. Even has a carport for your car and that’s excellent as we were there and it had been frosty overnight. Very clean. We would not go past this motel if back to stay at Rangiora. It was great.
