The room was great. The toilet was blocked and the shower is so hot it takes a while to get it to the temperature you want.
The receptionist was an imbosile. She made me stand at the desk for checkout which I have never done before! Said it would only take a few minutes which ended up being 15 minutes to checkout!
She couldnt swipe my card properly. She seemed unsure of what she was doing which was very annoying! She ruined my stay there which I will never stay again!
