Conveniently located above the international terminal of Wellington Airport, this 4.5-star hotel features a fitness centre, on site restaurant and bar, room service and 24-hour front desk. Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable bedroom en suite with all the necessary facilities, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Bearing in mind the location within the airport, we were surprised at how quiet our room was, and we slept very well. We had a light supper which was good, but left too early for breakfast. Location was unbeatable for an early departure. 50m from the reception desk down the escalator and straight into the departure terminal! Highly recommended under similar circumstances.

Wellington is a wonderfull place to stay. There is always something to do. Sometimes there is a fair bit of traffic but if you plan it so it is not rush hour then you should be able to get to your destination in no time. There is affordable accomidation all over Wellington wearther you are a student or traveling for work.i would 100% recomend staying in Wellington.

lovely city, great roads very impressed with them, went to Portafino restaurant for dinner on the waterfront, was excellent other than that we ate at the hotel as the food was superb, visited Te Papa Museum and the Weta workshop both very interesting, went sight seeing as well.

Love Wellington.
Love Wellington. So easy to get around. There are buses from the airport right into the city. Easy walks down by the waterfront and plenty to see. Lots of cafes and earting places to choose from. If you get the chance go and visit the Capital City :-)

Wellington is friendly. My overwhelming impression, over many trips, is that locals of all shapes and sizes are generally helpful so don't be afraid to ask. Wellington is a small, compact city where everything is pretty much within walking distance or a couple of stages on local buses. It has a nice vibe, a bit grungy with affordable eating, pubs and a good coffee scene. Wellington has its own distinct feel. A visible part is the strong Polynesian influence and another is a predictably unpredictable - sometimes spectacular - climate. If you want to relax on golden sands, try Kaiteriteri or somewhere up the East Coast. But if you are interested in relaxation, culture, international sport at handy, well-appointed stadiums, or a bit of grunge with your morning coffee, Wellington is well worth a look.

Wellington is the parliamentary capitol of NZ and has some great embassies and eclectic architecture. From our apartment we were 5 minutes to the I-Site (information site) which has all the info on everything. There are plenty of boutique shops as well as the major brands, as well as great eateries and wine bars to nourish and refresh at. The cable car to the top of the mountain overlooking Wellington is a special place with the Space Place, Botanical Gardens and Observatory. A boat ride around the harbour is a great way to see Wellington from another angle and the Bird Sanctuary is one of the most beautiful walks and experiences you an have. And finally Te Papa, one of the worlds great museums.

Very central location in wellington CBD - right next to Cuba St and Lambton Quay. Front of staff was very approachable and friendly. Wifi was available and of reasonable speed. Room was surprisingly quiet from the city noise on a busy Saturday night - probably because a bit away from Courtenay place. Although you can definitely hear everything that goes on outside the room in the corridor. Everything was quite clean and definitely met my standards.

We were in Wellington to mountain bike and required safe storage for our bikes, the staff allowed us to take our bikes up to the room providing they were clean. This was amazing. It would be great if the hotel had a lock up storage cage or room available for storage of bikes as the popularity of biking in the city grows.
