I feel it is critical for guests to know that all inclusive is NOT the same as other resorts in the area. If you pay a specific amount then drinks and meals should be included as at the Cameron. However, this location is presented as”All Inclusive “ and does not meet the criteria. If one must pay for meals other than breakfast it should be noted instead of travelers going in blind. If they need to raise the rate then so be it but list property as” All Inclusive “ when it is not!JamesUnited States - 10Scored 10

Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. Liked · We really enjoyed the buffet. The location is beautiful. The hotel's decorations are marvelous. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are well insulated, no noise from the neighbors. Disliked · The menu is small and pricey, so the only option is the buffet, which is quite expensive. Our credit card was charged hours before we even checked in - at a higher price that we were told by Booking.com.

I would not recommend this hotel. Private weddings take the experience away from other paying guests. They put big curtains up and you cannot enjoy half of the social space. We are paying guests too. They seemed to focus more on their events than hotel guests. Customer service was so slow. 1.5 hours waiting for dinner. And half hour waiting for glass of wine !! Would not recommendJuneCanada

The food was delicious (except for the Asian wings. They look better than they taste). Breakfast is top-notch, highly recommended. The staff was helpful, most were friendly and seemed to be proud of their hotel. The grounds are awesome. I'm not a Golfer, and you don't need to be to stay here, it's a nice, safe place to get your walking in. A good choice if you want a quiet getaway for a few days.

You can see Panama City in the distance about 20 km away but otherwise you are entirely surrounded by nature. The hotel arranges tours to the National Parks,the Canal and Allbrook Mall. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant.
