The staff where exceptional! From pick-up to transfer to airport. They made our stay remarkable.

1. The very good service provided to us at breakfast by Jeff, the Captain Waite. He is polite, friendly, accommodating, and always has a smile for his guests. Coffee and tea were served the way we liked them. He remembered our requests from Day 1. He made sure we were very satisfied. 2. The other staff, from the reception, housekeeping, to the pool attendants and lifeguards, made the efforts to ensure our grievances were resolved in a timely manner. It was very unfortunate that our 4 nights and 5 days stay at a 4-star Hue Hotels and Resort in Boracay turned into nightmarw experiences that any guest should never experience from Day 1 until checkout.

Clean, the facilities, helpful staff,not fare from the beach, the room and beds with a big bathroom with shower and a bath which is rare to see in hotels, themes on each day different for the buffet breakfast, a swimming pool at the top with vue and a bar. They stopped the loud music at 10 it’s respectful for the people who want to sleep.

We requested round-trip transportation from/ to Caticlan airport which they provided to us and it was a great experience. They would take you by bus, then you will ride a ferry to reach the island and then another bus will take you to the hotel which is a smooth transfer from/ to the airport within 20-30 minutes which will save you time looking for a transportation and arrange for one when you are there. our two-bedroom villa was beachfront which is spectacular waking up in the morning and looking to the view. it was a big place with two bedrooms, two toilets with bathtubs, and a living room. they have a big pool in the middle of the resort which is very nice. they will offer you a mat when you are on the beach and the safety guards will be around all the time day and night to be able to access the beach or go out of the hotel from the back and take a walk during the night. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. The staff are well trained and professional and they will look after the guests' security at all times. The resort is offering a shuttle to the d'mall round the clock. The pool and sunbeds are great options for people who don't like to swim outside the resort. Station 2 is 15 minutes away from the resort if you would like to walk. Another option, take a shuttle to the d'mall and station 2 will be 2-minute walk from there. The gym is big and well-equipped with the machines needed for exercise. it has a looker room, shower place and sauna/ steam room. Towels are also available. Breakfast was great, however, it is a bit limited in the options. It would be nice to have a cheese platter and more fruit options.

Stay here if you are in Boracay - an excellent value for money, lovely staff, very clean and the rooftop pool was a real treat! Excellent Wifi, great bar service on rooftop and so close to everything.

Well situated to shops, restaurants and area where tours depart daily. Short walk to White beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amenities lovely, nice size pool with water sunbeds a bonus. Our room was situated above pool with a balcony and a view which was nice as some rooms just looked onto the walls of other buildings. Would stay there again.

I like the buffet breakfast.. it's very close to the beach.
