The staff was friendly and really the only positive I could give. Slight positives were the location and the bed was "comfortable". The reason the bed was "comfortable" in quotes is because it was soft but the lack of cleanliness and bugs killed what comfort there was from the softness of it.

Exceptionally clean, with good infrastructure, very friendly people, great natural parks. Concrete roads no potholes, my favorite spot was SD farm, met some well to do people who treated me like royal and provided transporation, although there's
very inexpensive transportation galore, ate fresh seafood at the warf overlooking the pacific ocean

wide variety of food and price is ok.
wide variety of food and price is ok. Not much to go in the General Santos area except for the fish port and central plaza. Though there are a lot of interesting places on the nearby towns which are azbout 1 hour away like SG farm, Lake Sebu, Glan beach, Dole plantation.

They have a Starbucks and a really good Indian food restaurant.
The city is always dusty, because its on the ocean.
Tricycles are really bad, no emision control, plenty of 2 cycles, horrible pollution. Drivers have major attiudes and will rip you off, know your fare prices. Basic city, better to use as a base. South Cotabato is pretty iffy as a tourist destination. Siargao is very good.

Not much to say since we only stayed for a day.
Not much to say since we only stayed for a day. We had lunch at Rachel and we were satisfied with the seafoods that were served us. We had the impression that there's not much unique to see for tourists in that urbanized city in such so short stay. The fresh seafood and the late afternoon durian market where we enjoyed the popular fruit under make shift table n stools are enough for transient stay
I don't know if it is one of the best Hotels of GenSan... But it is one of the best Hotels i had in the Philippines'! Everything new, nearly everything on international standard. You can also stay on the breakfast if you are european/german, it is good enough to enjoy you some days. If You are American, British or Philippino, it might be the best breakfast you had for long times! Location is great, Rumors just opposite, Mall to the right, City close. Great cocktail's, don't miss their signature drinks!
The apartment was so clean it was roomy, the best hot water pressure in the Philippines that I have experienced best value for money beats any hotel in gensan, it has good size fridge that works so well everything is pretty much brand new TV has Netflix to watch for free. It has a nice court yard with table and chairs to enjoy the fresh air it's full luxury at a reasonable price.
The place is so nice, Aesthetic vibe love it! Very clean, The Utensils are complete, The Beddings are clean the sofa bed is so big, The place is better than a Hotel room. They have refrigerator, Griller,Electric stove, heater, oven& kitchenware like knives, spatula. The place didn’t meet my expectations because the place is more beautiful than what i expected.
The reason why we were staying here was the walking distance from the bus station in GenSan. From there, one can also walk to downtown and the market, although this is quite a walk.
Hotel rooms are along a corridor and only the two head room have windows, others do not. Those two with windows face the road which gets busy (and noisy) in the morning.
Nothing when i booked the hotel at booking . Com i rcvd the email how much should i pay at the premises. When i reach the hotel i was charged differently. This is the first time ive experience this booking in a travel app and pay differently in the hotel. I choose to booked at booking to save money get the xtra disc. Buts its not what happened
I like the size of the room. Spacious enough for a low hotel price. The beds are good. TV, cabinet, tables, lights, surroundings.. they are all good.
Breakfast was served in the room. We had egg and fish fillet and coffee. Twas all good.
Free 2 bottles of water were in the room
We're located at the ground floor. Very convenient.
My mom was the one who insisted to book for this hotel as recommended by her friends. Great recommendation, actually. You got what you paid for. Cleanliness was superb, sanitation was really commendable. I wanted to extend for another night, if I just have that extra time.
Service oriented staffs. Everyone were very accomodating with all our requests.. I have work in the hospitality industry myself - Dubai and Norway and I am happy to find a hotel in General Santos were service is exceptional and facilities are highly satisfactory.
The hotel itself was very clean and the staffs are very accommodating and friendly. And they also have a shuttle service free of charge transporting from airport to hotel vise versa with schedule, and it's up to you if you will give a tip on the driver.
The hotel is very Clean. The staff gives 5 star service, beds are new and comfortable everything modern. There is a nice restaurant and cafe on rooftop it’s worth checking out. Will stay again
I initially booked for the wrong date. Fortunately, the hotel staff accommodated my request for a change of date of stay without additional charges. This is much appreciated.
The room is very nice and clean. They are well maintained. Good customer service. Kudos to the staff. Made me feel welcome. I had peaceful stay in a busy city!
