We were offered a complimentary room on the 4th floor of the Lake Wing after we were not satisfied of the initial room we were given on the Mountain Wing. Staff were ready to serve you just to satisfy their customer which is a sign of good service. At the end of a customer’s stay, it’s the customers satisfaction that counts most.
