I am Filipina and I stayed with my British family (my husband and 2 children). Working in a hotel makes me appreciate, how much hard working the staff are in this hotel especially in the heat of the day! Everyone was welcoming and incredible. We are coming back again next year! Happy hour was amazing! The lovely lifeguard was amazing, he took my husband out on his day off to show him the snorkeling around the area! Kids saw turtles, nemo! Highly recommend. The bad reviews are for people who clearly are looking for something to complain :) this place is PARADISE!

Everything and everyone. Starting with Miley, a truly unique owner, kind, welcoming, immediately makes you feel at home, but the entire staff is gentle and accommodative as well. The location is priceless, away from the hustle and bustle, breathtaking views, incredible sunsets. Fresh homemade food is exceptional. Not only would I recommend it, but I will definitely stay there again.

I was stuck in El Nido with my family. Due to the wind, all boat services were canceled for days. The Beach House staff and especially Mrs. Jess moved mountains so that we could arrive in Coron and continue our vacation with my family. Arriving at the accommodation, our breath stopped. The place is perfect for relaxing. The interior of the room exceeded our imagination. Spacious and comfortable room. But what made our stay perfect was the staff. They did everything and even more to make our time there perfect.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The views were incredible, the food was the best we've had in the Philippines and the location was perfect for diving/snorkelling with dugongs. There's a private pier that the dugong operator (dugong dive center) picks you up from. It is out the way from everything else but scooters are cheap to hire (and brought directly to the Riverhouse). If you like wildlife, it's nice for that too. We saw plenty of birds, lizards and a palawan stink badger! Lastly, hot water/pressure was fine. Would highly recommend. I'd love to go back one day.
