The room was cleaned to a good standard... I've been staying in Philippine hotels for months and this is the cleanest I've found in this price range. Nice having a kettle and a selection of coffee. Everything in this apartment is excellent. We were able to feel at home and do our stuff. The hotel provided cooking utensils and ingredients. They also allow us to use other room to freshen up after we visited the Kalanggaman Island. The location is near to downtown and establishments.

For me it was a perfect oasis in the middle of a busy trip, we spent 3 nights and it was very peaceful and relaxing. It was a simple place but very clean, friendly staff, delicious food and right on the beach which. It was also very good value.
