We were offered a complimentary room on the 4th floor of the Lake Wing after we were not satisfied of the initial room we were given on the Mountain Wing. Great facilities for the kids, including the swimming pool with water slides, indoor games room and small farm where the kids could feed the animals. Campfire was also great where the kids could toast marshmallows. Rooms were very clean.
