Greenland Residence House, hotel in Zamboanguita

Located 22 km from Dumaguete, Greenland Residence House offers peaceful and comfortable accommodation in Zamboanguita.

A large and well appointed house sitting on a beautiful piece of property. Dogs and Kids welcome and guaranteed to have fun. This was our 2nd stay and we were very pleased with the experience. The 2 bedroom, air-conditioned house has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. It sits in the middle of a large grassy garden with a bridge that leads to a stretch of sandy private beach. The caretaker family lives nearby and are super friendly .

Large and well equipped room (we stay in Guimaras room), good quality of bed mattress. Many choices of foods and wines at restaurant. Helpful & smiling waitress & staff. The diving was very interesting and rich in discovery of species. Thanks to the guides and Cédric for sharing this, making/sharing photos. I will come back here without hesitation. Also have massages done by professionals.

Matteo's hus VILLA RENTAL, hotel in Zamboanguita

Located 28 km from Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Matteo's hus VILLA RENTAL offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an infinity pool and a garden.

I loved how big the bathroom was and had its own vanity area. The villa had everything that you need a ref, high chairs, water heater and basic kitchen supplies. The Brunch served by Cleo was delicious. Taking a dip in the pool was refreshing. Modern amenities and cold AC.

The hotel is very nice, nice pool, nice garden and good food...

The hotel is very nice, nice pool, nice garden and good food in the restaurant. Very helpful and nice staff. Unfortunately the beaches on this side of the island are quite rocky, black sands and only few places to lay at the beach. I know that i am quite picky when it comes to food; but beside the hotel restaurant it´s quite difficukt to find good restaurants nearby. You will need a car or motorcycle to go around.

    It is a provincial town.

It is a provincial town. It is probably not the same as where you come from. The weekly market is bustling with colorful characters to talk to. Local transport is always best in market towns. Couple of nice local restaurants on the beach beside the Apo Island ferry and dive boats. Leave your watch in the resort safe, and let your tummy guide you regarding food..... Cream up and wear a hat (always).

We stayed at Kavs Beach Resort and used it as our home base...

We stayed at Kavs Beach Resort and used it as our home base while we took part in the local tours. Apo Island is nearby and highly recommended. We loved Siquijor Island, be prepared to wake up very early to catch the ferry at Dumaguette but highly worth it. The Manjuyod trip we missed the low tide, we did this on our own so you would have to be in Bais by 8:00am which means leaving Zamboanguita by 5:00 am. It’s the same if you went with a tour company, the town is almost 2 hour drive away.
