A nice hotel in the middle of a lovely spa town.
The room was clrean and comforable with a good shower.
We were there for the nearby parkrun, which takes place at 9am on a Saturday, and the hotel kindly allowed us to have breakfast when we returned from it at about 9:50, although technically the breakfast room closes at 10.

Cosy green vibrant town, beautiful old buildings, lovely old town area, many good restaurants and cafes, really good shopping possibilities, amazing views to the Krkonose mountains. The town is not too huge, it is easy to come around by car, there are good paths for the pedestrians.

This city is the capital city of the district, which in itself has less relevant attractions. We traveled great distances every day to places within a radius of about 75 km from her.
The old town is nice but not something you don't see in many other cities in Poland.
And certainly not the most attractive.
We really enjoyed our accommodation which was very pleasant and comfortable, we enjoyed the best and cheap restaurants in the city.
But beyond that we would probably choose to spend the night somewhere else, most likely in the city of Karpacz.

Jelenia goes is a nice small city.
Jelenia goes is a nice small city. If you want a nice quiet place to spend time with your spouse and or family it is perfect. Swim at the city pool. Go to see time gates it's a crazy history lesson that is fun. Walk in the old town and enjoy reasonably priced meals, drinks, and deserts. Biking and hiking trails and parks nearby. We speak English and German. It was not as easy to get by as the bigger cities but way less money. Probably not a good place to come party. I didn't see many clubs. Shops close about 8 pm

From Jelenia Góra valley, located in the middle of the mountains from Lower Silesia (Dolny Sląsk), one can admire impressive views over the surrounding mountain tops but also enjoy beautiful small cities. Cieplice is a charming district of Jelenia Gora, were you can enjoy Termy Cieplice ( Cieplice Termal Baths). The complex has several outdoor and indoor pools for swimming or relaxation and a spa area. Also the area of Cieplice is quite pretty to wander around as well since it’s filled with beautiful buildings built by the Schaffgotsch family in the 1700s. There is also a big and nice English garden (Park Zdrojowy) opened much of it to the public. Cieplice is also a great place to explore the the Karkonosze or Giant Mountains National Park. The Kopa Chairlift (Kolej linowa na Kopę) is about 30 minutes drive distance. From the Top Station you can climb the 1602 high Sněžka. (it is advisable to take warmer clothes to Sněžka as the temperature up can be more than 10C lower than at the village of Karpacz). Also you can visit the central city of Jelenia Gora with a great Old Town. If you have time and a car you can visit also Pałac Wojanów (20 minutes drive) or make a trip to the biggest Silesian castle: Książ Castle near Wałbrzych (one hour drive). Or if your stay is more than a week you can visit Wroclaw, one of the most charming cities of Poland.
Breakfast was good, a bottomless buffet of tasty dishes.
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet (some of the maintenance was a bit bodged but that did not affect enjoyment)
Bathroom was large, with large shower room. No bath but then I had one of the cheaper rooms.
Hotel restaurant menu was small during my stay (in May '23) but then I was not there in high season (and there is a country-style restaurant just a few minutes walk away)
Plenty of free parking.
Great little apartment perfect for a getaway to Jelenia Góra and great as a base for trips around the area. Easy to reach by foot. 20 mins from main station, 10 mins other train station on same train line. Supermarkets nearby. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen including coffee and sweets. Well working internet. And very friendly owner. Easy and hassle free check in and check out. I will def come back when in the area.
Modern, comfy, and extremely clean apartment. Perfect location for visiting all of the mountain towns and just a few minutes outside of Jelenia Gora. I have stayed in many apartments and I have never stayed in one this clean and well thought out regarding all of the facilities (everything one needs for the kitchen was available). Very nice hosts with great communication. 10/10
The apartment, which there is only 1 on site, was wonderful. I’d recommend the apartment for sure, and would stay there again. We did stay 1 night in the hotel room and I’d say it was average. It smelt too much like cigarettes for me. But the apartment was great. Super clean. The staff were also nice.
The location is great. You have railway station in 15 min, bus stop in 5 min (Google knows nothing about buses in Jelenia Góra, but you can use Jakdojade), Żabka on 10 min and downtown in 15 min walk from the apartment. I think Jelenia Góra will be as good as Zakopane in the nearest future.
Everything combined to make this hotel an exceptional rejuvenating experience. The kindness and calmness of the staff was admirable. The hotel pampers with elegance, peace, living comforts, and the beauty of the nature outside. My dog and I both had a wonderful time relaxing.
The hotel is very close to the city center and a city bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The savory part of the breakfast was very rich and tasty (various cheeses, smoked meats, etc.).
It's great value for money, so expecting a 5 star hotel for that price is delusional. I think it's priced accordingly.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Overall a nice, peaceful stay with a wonderful view to the mountains.
Location, room and breakfast, absolutely stunning. Staff, especially on reception very helpful, friendly and professional.
Hotel room was clean and had a balcony, which we have enjoyed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful and serene hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making our experience truly delightful. Thank you.
Absolutely awesome !
Nicely equipped kitchen.
Everything perfectly clean.
Nice cozy stay.
Great location, close to Sniezka, Mumlava, Jeleni Gora and another awesome locations.
Nice apartment almost in the main square of Jelenia Gora. Pretty clean, has good equipment. Public parking at the neighbor street (chargeable), very close to apartment.
Right in the historic centre of Jelenia Góra, everything is in a walkable distance. Very nice, clean room, easy access with a code. Very friendly staff.
