From the moment of arriving at the hotel our expectations were exceeded. It is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was also spacious with excellent food and friendly staff. Overall this is an incredible hotel and it was a pleasure to stay here. I would most definitely recommend this place and would stay there again in the future.

Hotel is located in small charming town founded in the 13th century. It is an older building and gives the hotel an “old country”, European charm. Their restaurant serves classic polish food. Everything is very fresh and cooked to the perfection. We loved every minute of our stay there and definitely will be back in the future.AAnonymousUnited States

Breakfast selection is not large, but sufficient. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, except for the sofa, which is not intended for a comfortable sleep :) We found everything we needed in the room.

Receptionist didn't speak any language exept Polish but this is not a problem with Google translator. Hotel is situated in a small town. Comfortable for the Eastern part of Bielsko Biala. Very quiet. Breakfast was good.

Impeccable cleanliness, there was cleaning even during a two-day weekend stay. Proper breakfast. Parking is free, directly in front of the building on the street, or approx. 100 m away in the hotel parking lot.
