A lovely quiet town on the river Dunajec. Close to good walking trails. Plenty of attractions for any kind of tourist and good dining options. Supermarkets a little far from town, not walking distance and if you do walk there, the footpath is dug up most of the way. Most are closed on Sunday.

It was quieter and more peaceful than the neighboring town.
It was quieter and more peaceful than the neighboring town. More homelike, less resortlike. We prefer that. The towns were a mile or so apart, with easy transportation to and from. There is plenty to do. We loved hiking the Dunajec Gorge. Beautiful in the springtime.
The owner of the property and his wife were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming giving a lot of local tips and best locations etc.
Fantastic location and breakfast! will definitely come back !!
also great area outside to make fire or bbq to enjoy nice meal outside.
Good location for Trzy Korony summit or Sokolica , short distance between Kroscienko, Szczawnica or Slovakian border.
We loved Krościenko and this was the perfect place to enjoy it. Close to the centre (only 1 km) but quiet. Loved our balcony. Very comfortable bed and big duvet.
On the red route and 15 minutes from the green.
And even more lovely and helpful hosts - some brilliant suggestions which really enhanced our stay
We didn't want to go home.
Great location between Szczawnica (2.5km) and Kroscienko nad Dunajcem (1km). Perfect accommodation to accommodate a lot of people especially kids as they can use the garden. Comfortable beds (even though small - 80cm) and very nice lounge/dining area. Electronic gates into the property. Keys in door when arrived.
