The accommodation is too close to Poznan Main and the public transport system. It was easy to find it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to admit their desire to solve any problem. The room was good and corresponds to the description. The kettle with tea/coffee/sugar was in the room. The 3rd floor has a nice outdoor terrace.

Five star Sheraton hotel is just a stone’s throw from this place, I often lean towards Mercure for a few practical perks - the expansive space in front of the hotel is a breath of fresh air for anyone who’s battled for a parking spot in a cramped city center. Also price: here you will find a room for twice the price of the hotel next door, and the quality of the rooms does not make much difference. The difference certainly remains in the customer service - at the Sheraton, you just feel like you're in a five-star hotel. Just check what you care about most on any given day. The hotel itself has seen better days but has been spruced up to meet four-star expectations. The rooms? Decently appointed and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of urban exploration or business meetings. As for the service, it's pleasant enough, however, it often hovers closer to a three-star experience, never quite stepping over the threshold into four-star territory - a real pity, considering the potential simmering beneath its surface.
