Everything was brilliant about our stay here. Ran by a really lovely family. It was our first visit to Poland and they made us feel very welcome. We organised for them to pick us up from the airport, which I recommend. We also had planned a visit to Auschwitz on our 2nd day, thinking it would be easy just to use public transport, which it wasn't. I contacted the hotel through the app and asked if they could help us with the public transport system, instead they booked us a taxi and picked us up from Auschwitz when our tour was finished. We were even given help with the train system for our visit to Krakow the next day. To top it off, we were even given a personal goodbye on our last day and given a lift to the train station down the road. We have never stayed in a place where we have been made to feel valued and welcome.
The place itself was really clean. The area was quiet so had no problems in getting a good night's sleep.
I would recommend this place to anyone and would certainly stay here again if we were to visit Poland again in the future.

Worst part is cab service. it was not a good exp as after spending whole day in Energylandia, we need to go back to hotel apartment but we didnt find a single cab and we were so tired with 2 kids that it was looking like walking alone on the streets which seems scary... So better to drive there and always know the cab service in advance and book.

You stay in Zator ONLY to visit Energylandia - the BEST theme part in EUROPE. AVOID USING local TAXI's - the rip-off tourists, no matter time of day they switch on always the highest tariff ( not sure if this is even legal ) so come with your own transport as the public transport is almost non-existent. I hope Energylandia will introduce local pickups as this is the only scar on a great theme park.

While Zator itself is a standard small Polish town, it is fast becoming a leisure capital of Europe. It houses two theme parks and a water park. The potential for expansion is huge. Better travel links and more accomodation options will be crucial in its future growth and success, but the future of Zator is bright.
As a side note, the surrounding countryside is really pretty!

We went to Zatorland on an overcast and rainy day and it still worked out well. Great for kids. Energylandia is a challenge and one of the greatest amusement parks I have ever visited. If you work out how to get organized for a full day in the park, which is not easy on a first visit, everything can roll pretty well. Kids under 140 cm often get disappointed, because many of the coolest rides and experiences have height requirements. Food was fine and the AquaPark and facilities are very impressive. The extreme rides are the most challenging.
We stayed at Western Camp because we wanted to go to Energylandia. For that it was super convenient - there is a shuttle 'train' that runs every 30 minutes, and reception is also able to give our fast passes which get you a one-time skip the line on 4 of the biggest rides - this was amazing!
The grounds of the hotel are really nice and the fact that they have an outdoor cinema and other things going on is great.
The information to get the keys was very easy, you can entry at anytime. The room was very organised and felt like a home, all perfectly clean and you have a kitchen which I didn’t use but it’s well equipped. Walking distance to Energylandia, thats why we choose this hotel. There is a supermarket and a McDonald’s very close by too. Awesome weekend away! I would definitely repeat this hotel when I go back to the park!
The service of Kasia is no other than amazing. She is on another level from what ive seen in my life. Its a family business and my feelings was like im Home and not in hotel. This is the best 5 stars i could ever leave to someone. Trully amazing place, like its lovely owners. Rooms are super clean, the breakfast is "Oh my god", super close to Energylandia, everything is amazing. Thank you for our stay! :)
This hotel is rather new, and very comfort for 5 person family, it has good rooms, with small refrigerator, good air condition and grate staff, it is has a very good restaurant near by and a small bar with small pool looks like a nice beach. The breakfast is very good, And grate location for energylandia park (5min drive), also 5% discount is offered for energylandia tickets
Amazing place to stay location is perfect for Engerylandia, dinosaurland and many more little gems Zator has to offer.Hosts was extremely helpful and friendly very nice people. The apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable. Family travelling with children the swings and slide outside was a bonus. BBQ outside with plenty of wood was great touch. We will return.

We came for one night in Energylandia.
Came a bit late for check-in but all was ready and set for us.
The room was very comfortable for us, a family of 5.

There are also restorants and stores in the area.
We also bought, discount tickets for the park, from the hotel office.
Cosy and modern designed appartment with balcony. 15 minutes by feet to Energylandia. All you need (supermarkets, 24h liqueur store, gas station, ...) is a 5 minute walk away. Free private parking in front of the house. If you like to enjoy some nature you'll find wonderfull places (lots of waters!) around Zator.
Great idea for a hotel! It was a surprise for my family and it worked out great and surprised the kids no less than Energylandia! Very cool and friendly hostess Wiola welcomes and accompanies every guest. We highly recommend this place!
